Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted within that 30-day window to be considered.

Returned items must arrive in the same condition they were received. This means unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions for sending your item back. Any items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized products. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before submitting a request to hello@middink.com

Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
